WINGS is always on the lookout for enthusiastic new staff. We employ paid staff at a variety of levels, dependent on qualifications and experience. Volunteers are also very greatly appreciated!

ALL applicants must give three references and agree to a check by the Criminal Records Bureau.

We interview all staff, paid and voluntary, and successful applicants are continuously monitored at the sessions they attend. WINGS doesn't require full time staff, but offers regular sessions at various times and days throughout the week.

We work on a quarterly booking system, and you let us know which sessions you are available for. Your commitment to these dates is essential as we are allotting child's places based on staff numbers.

All workers are required to attend a training day at the start of Summer Playschemes.
